1. Payment Terms
All invoices issued by North Am Woodwholesaler, Inc., are due and payable in accordance with the terms stated on the invoice. Unless otherwise agreed upon in writing, payment must be made in full within 30 net days from the invoice date.

2. Late Payment Charges
Invoices that remain unpaid beyond the due date are subject to a late payment charge of 2.5% per month on the outstanding balance. This charge will accrue monthly until the balance is paid in full.

3. Order Acceptance and Pricing
All orders placed with North Am Woodwholesaler, Inc. are subject to acceptance. Prices are subject to change without prior notice. Quoted prices are valid for 24 hours from the date of issuance unless otherwise stated.

4. Delivery and Risk of Loss
Delivery timelines provided are estimates only. North Am Woodwholesaler, Inc. is not responsible for any delays in shipment due to circumstances beyond its control. Risk of loss or damage to goods passes to the buyer upon delivery to the carrier.

5. Returns and Claims
Claims for defective or damaged goods must be submitted in writing within 24 hours of receipt. Returns will only be accepted with prior written authorization and may be subject to a restocking fee.

6. Credit Terms
Credit terms, if extended, are at the sole discretion of North Am Woodwholesaler, Inc. and may be subject to periodic review. We reserve the right to revoke credit privileges at any time.

7. Limitation of Liability
North Am Woodwholesaler, Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the sale, delivery, or use of its products.

8. Governing Law
These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of British Columbia, Canada. However, if goods are sold to customers in the United States, applicable federal or state laws of the destination jurisdiction may govern specific aspects of the transaction to the extent required by law.

 

9. Amendments
North Am Woodwholesaler, Inc. reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. The latest version will be made available upon request and will apply to all future transactions.
